Our Purpose

Mission Trinity United Methodist Church is called to extend God’s hospitality by welcoming and loving all people. We are a home of spiritual renewal and a source for Christian transformation.

Vision “We the members of Trinity United Methodist Church open our doors and our hearts to all God’s children. We strive to love as God loves: without regard to race, age, ethnicity, culture, marital status, physical or mental condition, economic condition, gender or sexual orientation. We are committed to expressing this love inside and outside of the church, through our actions, our service and our celebration of God’s diverse creation.”

Our Faith Practices

Belonging to the community of faith that is Trinity United Methodist Church is all about the GIVE and TAKE…

Presence This community is about sharing our lives, the ordinary parts, and the extraordinary. Let us be with you in your moments of triumph and failure, laughter and sorrow. We want you to be with us in ours.

Friendship This community is about loving all people as modeled in the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. We want to offer you true and lasting friendships, and all the joy and connection that is shared by friends. Please open up to us so that we might truly know you.

Strengths This community is about finding and building our unique gifts, and using them to live out the three simple rules of John Wesley: ‘Do no harm’; ‘Do all the good you can’; ‘Stay in love with God’. We want to give you opportunities to use the strengths you know you have, and help you find the ones you’ve not yet found.

Faith This community is about having faith in God’s desire for us, individually and collectively. We have faith in you; all that you are, and all that you can become through the power of the Holy Spirit. We ask for your faith in us, our future, and all that we can accomplish together as a faith community so that we may be living witnesses of God’s love for all people.
